Pesto Ingredients

Southwest Pesto; sunflower microgreens, toasted pecans, powered chipotle pepper, grated Mexican cheese, extra virgin olive oil, grapefruit, grapefruit zest and garlic!
Cantaloupe Pesto; cantaloupe microgreens, roasted pistachios,
dried roasted Aleppo peppers, queso manchego, extra virgin olive oil, shallots, orange zest, orange juice, and sea salt
Sunflower
Sunflower micro greens have a nutty, slightly sweet flavor with a pleasing taste. They are an excellent source of vitamins, including vitamin A, B complex, vitamin E, & vitamin K. In addition they are high in calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, & have zinc.
