Welcome to Our Microgreens Garden
What are Microgreens? Microgreens are smaller forms of any type of "leafy" greens that we eat. They can be lettuce, broccoli, peas, or kale. Besides letting these plants go to the "fruiting" stage, they are cut at about 2 inches or so to harvest. At this stage of growth, microgreens are packed with nutrients. So much so, that experts state they may contain .up to 40 times the amount of vital nutrients compared to their adult counterparts. They also increase antioxidants while removing free radicals.
All our microgreens are grown on terra fiber mats soaked in nutrient water in trays. There are grown on carts in a controlled environment. All microgreens are grown all-natural with no pesticides, no preservatives, or growth hormones.
What do you do with microgreens? Microgreens are great for adding more taste and flair to what you already cook. They can be added to salads, soups, and sandwiches. They add nutritional value to smoothies. They make a great addition to a main dish, omelets, tacos, burger, and so much more. The possibilities are endless with these powerhouses.

Welcome to Our Lettuce Garden
We are excited to offer hydroponically grown produce. What is hydroponics you ask? It's a fancy word to describe growing in water instead of soil. It uses the same nutrients found in soil, but more specifically tailored to the plant's needs. All produce is grown all-natural with no pesticides, no preservatives, or growth hormones.
Although there are multiple ways to grow hydroponically, our preferred method for lettuce is Nutrient Film Technique (NFT). This technique is where a steady shallow stream of water containing nutrients is constantly recirculating and touching the root base of the plants inside food grade channels. Growing with this system allows our produce to be harvested with the whole root system of the produce, which allows for high quality produce right to you. It also allows us to provide a diverse variety of produce year around.
Welcome to Our Herb & Vegetable Garden
Our vegetable garden is just as important as all our other gardens. The only difference in our vegetable garden is the way they are grown. We find using the Deep Water Culture method works best for the type of vegetables that we grow. This method allows the plants roots to be continually suspended in nutrient rich water. This system also allows the space needed as the plant grows. As with all our produce, our vegetables are grown all-natural with no pesticides, no preservatives, or growth hormones.
